Transportation:

• Helsinki Airport: Transfers available upon request at an additional cost (65 €). Please provide flight details for arrangements.

• Helsinki Railway Station: Transfers can be arranged for Wednesday morning.

• Please indicate your interest in transportation in the additional information box during registration.

• After booking your flight, provide us with your flight details to arrange transportation.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation has to be done by email and is confirmed when the information of a cancellation has reached Kisakallio.

• Cancellations before February 20, 2026: 50% refund.

• Cancellations on or after February 21, 2026, and no-shows: Non-refundable.

• Terms apply also to partial cancellations.

• Reservation can be transferred to another person if the transfer has been done by email before 11.3.26

Tips for registration through webshop:

• In order to add more products to your order you need to add yourself as a participant again. After you have added all products you fill in the customer information (Billing info) and then you can check out and pay for all the products at once.
